Full Line:
- Owns and executes the global Professional Services enablement strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, and certification programs.
- Serves as the single point of accountability for enablement outcomes, ensuring programs improve delivery readiness, productivity, and quality across all product lines.
- Leads and develops the Professional Services Enablement team, providing performance management, coaching, and prioritization of work.
- Establishes and enforces governance standards for enablement content, certifications, learning platforms, and adoption practices.
- Ensures enablement programs support adoption of standardized Professional Services delivery processes and tools.
- Partners directly with Professional Services leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations to identify enablement gaps and address delivery readiness risks.
- Defines, tracks, and reports enablement performance metrics, including onboarding time-to-productivity, certification coverage, training utilization, and delivery quality indicators.
- Provides regular executive-level reporting on enablement progress, risks, and business impact.
- Identifies and enables opportunities to extend enablement assets into customer and partner training offerings as part of the broader services strategy.
- Performs additional job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience in Professional Services Enablement, Services Operations, Learning & Development, or enterprise software delivery readiness.
- Prior People Management Experience Required.
- Experience supporting global or multi-product organizations strongly preferred.
