Description:


- Manager, Professional Services Enablement owns the global enablement function for Professional Services, including strategy, execution, governance, and performance outcomes. This role ensures enablement programs drive measurable improvements in delivery readiness, productivity, quality, and scalability across all product lines and regions. The position serves as the primary point of accountability for Professional Services learning, certification, and adoption of standardized delivery practices.

Knowledge: Applies broad and deep knowledge of Professional Services delivery models, enablement strategies, enterprise software implementation, and learning program design to drive consistent execution across a multi-product portfolio.

Complexity: Leads complex, cross-functional enablement initiatives spanning multiple products, roles, and geographies, requiring independent judgment, prioritization, and executive-level communication.

Supervision: Provides direct people leadership to enablement staff and functional oversight of Professional Services enablement programs globally.

ORGANIZATION


Full Line:



- PS Curriculum Consultant, Professional Services Enablement.



- Owns and executes the global Professional Services enablement strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, and certification programs.



- Serves as the single point of accountability for enablement outcomes, ensuring programs improve delivery readiness, productivity, and quality across all product lines.



- Leads and develops the Professional Services Enablement team, providing performance management, coaching, and prioritization of work.



- Establishes and enforces governance standards for enablement content, certifications, learning platforms, and adoption practices.



- Ensures enablement programs support adoption of standardized Professional Services delivery processes and tools.



- Partners directly with Professional Services leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations to identify enablement gaps and address delivery readiness risks.



- Defines, tracks, and reports enablement performance metrics, including onboarding time-to-productivity, certification coverage, training utilization, and delivery quality indicators.



- Provides regular executive-level reporting on enablement progress, risks, and business impact.



- Identifies and enables opportunities to extend enablement assets into customer and partner training offerings as part of the broader services strategy.



- Performs additional job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:



Education &Work Experience



- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience in Professional Services Enablement, Services Operations, Learning & Development, or enterprise software delivery readiness.



- Prior People Management Experience Required.



- Experience supporting global or multi-product organizations strongly preferred.

Knowledge:



- Professional Services delivery lifecycle and implementation methodologies



- Enablement program design and governance



- Learning platforms and digital enablement tools



- Performance measurement and operational reporting

Skills And Abilities:



- Strong leadership and people management skills



- Ability to operate independently with executive visibility and accountability



- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution discipline



- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills



- Ability to drive alignment and adoption across global, matrixed teams
