About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with experience generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals across both Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in international and domestic (India) markets.
- Conduct cold outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
- Present and pitch IT services including Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions to prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with delivery capabilities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the IT industry.
- Proven track record in international and domestic IT sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle cold calling, prospecting, and client outreach independently.
