Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making predict increases in RTO, escalation cases, and traffic metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and apply AI/ML techniques for solutions.

- Assist in designing AI-driven business strategies and process improvements.

- Evaluate and implement AI models and ML algorithms to enhance operational efficiency.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data-driven insights.

- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data analytics trends and suggest innovative solutions.

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in Primary & Secondary Research ,business analytics, AI research,.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications in business.

- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.

- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
