Apptunix is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Technical Project Manager for its team.
Project manager must be a good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Role And Responsibilities:.
Voice of the customer Understanding the voice of the customer to ensure that the platform capabilities are delivered according to the expectations.
Customer Success Work closely with the Team to ensure the customers' timely delivery and issue resolution.
Internal Stakeholder Manager Work with the Development, and QA teams to define the delivery plan and allocate tasks.
Delivery of Platform/Platform Capabilities Tracking, monitoring, and evaluation of the end-to-end technical delivery.
Internal and External Communication On-time and crisp communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation Management and maintenance of the required documentation for the technical delivery.
Reporting Creating and sharing important data-driven reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Team Management Manage a team of product and business analysts.
Strongly Desired Competencies.
Should have a strong understanding of project flow.
Should be technically strong and should understand architecture/design very well.
Should have experience in managing client and team.
Possess excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Focus on monitoring, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
Should be highly Innovative and possess good analytical skills.
Capable of picking up new technologies with a minimum learning.
Ability to articulate with people at all levels.
Must have strong problem-solving ability, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals.
Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & presentation skills.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the right distribution of resource allocation for ongoing and new projects.
Client communication.
Strong experience with the Agile Delivery Model is a must.
Exposure to various Project Management tools is a must.
