Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and features of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights to support product enhancements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce or similar tools, for sales tracking and management.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales performance indicators.
- Familiarity with various sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Ability to work with data analysis tools to evaluate sales trends and optimize strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
