- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements.

- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and a transparent, positive journey from initial contact to onboarding.

Skills:

- Recruitment Expertise: A strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.

- Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing recruitment functions and teams.

- Communication & Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

- Analytical: The ability to provide data-driven insights and reports to inform business decisions.

- Technical: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
