We are now adding more hands to our team in Bengaluru, India. Hero App Srimandir: Sri Mandir is a flagship product that is conceptualised, developed and promoted by AppsForBharat. Sri Mandir is created to fulfil the devotional and spiritual needs of hundreds of millions of Indian users. Sri Mandir offers a virtual temple experience where devotees can set up their own temple, offers utilitarian sections where one can view daily Panchang and take astrology consultation, and also helps people connect with religious institutes, and cultural leaders through communities. Sri Mandir also offers a carefully curated vast repository of ancient texts, mythological stories, simple versions of Geeta interpretation and stories about saints and their life to know more depth of Hinduism. Job Objective As a Data Analyst, you will work with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, Android Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, fellow Data Analysts to build user-centric products. Your Responsibilities 1. Interpret data and provide insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making for all business functions. 2. Conduct complex queries on our datasets to help teams get the data they need. 3. Help your cross-functional team with data reports and data discovery by optimizing self-serve BI solutions and providing SQL support. 4. Develop data collection plans and ensure the integrity of data collected. 5. Explore the data to identify patterns of user features and activities within the app 6. Work with the engineering team to identify and improve the data collection systems, and define standards for data quality. 7. Identifying new levers to help move key metrics Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. 2. 1-2 years of Data Analytics Experience, ideally in a B2C Environment. 3. Strong SQL, Python & Excel skills with the ability to learn other Analytics tools. 4. Worked on building and optimizing Data Pipelines on popular Cloud Platforms. 5. Experience in automating Data extraction and insertion of data to MIS using Python. 6. Ability to extract Actionables from Analysis Results. 7. Attention to detail and strong data orientation with impeccable attention and commitment to creating clean reproducible code. 8. Real passion for collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good to Have 1. Experience in Clickstream Instrumentation and Marketing Attribution. 2. Experience with Google BigQuery, Metabase, CleverTap, Google Data Studio, Firebase/Google Analytics. 3. Experience with Visualization Tools - Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc. 4. Hands on experience with ETL/ELT Pipelines & Data flow setups. 5. Experience in Media , Gaming and Consumer Tech.
