We are now adding more hands to our team in Bengaluru, India. Hero App Srimandir: Sri Mandir is a flagship product that is conceptualised, developed and promoted by AppsForBharat. Sri Mandir is created to fulfil the devotional and spiritual needs of hundreds of millions of Indian users. Sri Mandir offers a virtual temple experience where devotees can set up their own temple, offers utilitarian sections where one can view daily Panchang and take astrology consultation, and also helps people connect with religious institutes, and cultural leaders through communities. Sri Mandir also offers a carefully curated vast repository of ancient texts, mythological stories, simple versions of Geeta interpretations and stories about saints and their life to know more depth of Hinduism. Responsibilities: - Working closely with the Engineering, Design, Content, Operations, and User Research teams to create user retention and engagement strategies and deliver India's most loved app. - Develop user activation/onboarding campaigns for various user journey stages - Develop transactional, promotional & informational content & user targeting strategies that maximise user retention, reactivations and growth - To execute Push Notification / Email / Whatsapp / SMS / AppInbox / WebPush campaigns with the objective of providing a great user experience across all their interactions with the product. - Working with the Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to validate the hypothesis by running data-driven experiments and to get actionable outcomes for product features and content processes. - Drive initiatives focussing on a specific business metric such as D7 retention, Engagement time, etc - Cross-functional collaboration between Product, Design and Marketing teams to enhance Product appeal, Creatives and communication - Owning end-to-end creative conceptualization and creation in collaboration with the in-house design teams - Tracking of all these sender reputations (IP/domain), inbox placement, conversion optimization etc - Tracking the conversions from Push Notifications and SMS campaigns and improving the conversion percentages and numbers - Working closely with Data team to understand key movers and implement learnings into strategy for continuous improvement in User delight and key business objectives What we are looking for: - Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data on your own with a good understanding of product analytics and tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Redash, Metabase, and CleverTap. - Overall Product Management experience of 1-3 years working in a growth team on user engagement and user retention for a user-facing mobile app. - Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking. - Have a data-oriented approach and an eye for numbers, insights, and metrics. - Can think scientifically with in-depth thinking and leverage quantitative data, qualitative data, and the intuition of a seasoned expert to form testable hypotheses and experiment designs.
