Description:

A rapidly scaling Digital Onboarding & RegTech platform is building its next-generation AML, Risk & Compliance suite - and were looking for a product leader who can think strategically, build with depth, and execute with speed.

If you want to work on high-scale, high-trust, regulation-heavy products used by top BFSI & Fintech institutions, this role is for you.

What Youll Own:

- Drive deep customer discovery, experiments, and PRDs

- Define product vision, roadmap and GTM for AML/Risk offerings

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across apps & complex backend workflows

- Build reusable, multi-tenant, compliance-ready platform capabilities

- Work directly with enterprise customers for pilots & feedback

- Use SQL, data insights, funnels and A/Bs for decision-making

- Shape frictionless B2B operator & B2C user journeys

- Ensure FIU-INDIA, RBI/SEBI-aligned regulatory readiness

- Align Engineering, Design, Sales & CS for seamless execution

- Champion reliability, SLAs, edge cases, and quality

Who Thrives Here?

- 4+ yrs (PM) in B2B SaaS/platforms

- Strong API & backend-system understanding

- Hands-on with SQL and data-driven decision-making

- Experience in KYC, AML, fraud, screening, or Fintech/RegTech

- Ability to simplify complex workflows & own customer experience

- Exceptional clarity in communication and structured thinking
