As an Application Specialist, you will be at the forefront of supporting and enhancing our SaaS product offerings for a diverse client base. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting complex application issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including development, product management, and customer success), and ensuring seamless product performance. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions, ultimately contributing to the continued growth and success of our product within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve complex application issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with development and product management teams to identify, document, and prioritize application defects and enhancement requests, contributing to continuous product improvement.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides, to empower clients and internal teams with self-service resources.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of our SaaS product for new and existing clients, ensuring successful onboarding and optimal product utilization.

- Monitor application performance and identify potential issues proactively, implementing preventative measures to maintain system stability and prevent service disruptions.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on product features and best practices, promoting product adoption and maximizing value.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of application-related initiatives.

- Proven expertise in SaaS application support and troubleshooting, including a deep understanding of cloud-based architectures and technologies.

- Strong IT product management skills, including the ability to gather requirements, prioritize features, and contribute to product roadmap planning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills.
