JD:

- We are looking for an Technical Lead with experience in delivery to drive the design, development, delivery, and governance of insurance domain applications, with a focus on digital transformation, cloud modernization, and secure solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise as mentioned in tech skill section, along with proven governance and delivery oversight across SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Take end-to-end ownership of insurance application development & delivery, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.

- Manage all stages from inception to deployment, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, application delivery leads/head/owners and software partner team to define roadmaps and application modernization strategies.

- Maintain technical health of applications including performance tuning, refactoring, and legacy system migration.

- Coordinate with production support teams for incident, problem, and change management.

- Drive automation and continuous improvement across build, test, release, and deployment pipelines. Implement scalable, secure cloud-native applications on-prem/AWS.

- Design and optimize insurance-related data models across databases.

- Integrate third-party systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Prior Experience in handling a team would be ++
