The Performance Marketing Manager leads paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive ROI-focused growth.

Success in this role is measured by achieving specific KPIs such as a 20-30% increase in conversion rates and a significant return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, managing budgets up to $500K+ annually across PPC, social ads, and retargeting.

- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to optimize for KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, and LTV.

- Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates by 20-30%.

- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to refine bidding and targeting tactics.

Required Qualifications:
