Key Responsibilities - What will you do everyday - Generate new leads through proactive networking, secondary research and other sources and create customized branding and sales pitch. - Organize product demos for clients and coordinate with product development team to create appropriate product demo content. - Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy and build sales pipeline in accordance with target - Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company - Follow-up with clients at various stages of the sales process starting from lead generation to proposal submission to negotiations to contract signings and funds inflow - Be the though leader in creating and nurturing business partnerships with clients and prospects Persona - Who can apply To be successful in the role as Business development head you have to be sales-driven and a fast-moving person with a strong customer focus.
