Experience: 1. 3+ years of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) with a strong focus on Android apps and the Google Play Store, preferably in B2C consumer subscription apps 2. Prior experience optimizing for a full-funnel approach, keeping a careful watch on the number of activated users and ROAS for campaigns for consumer tech startups 3. Proven track record for driving organic app installs and in-app actions while improving keyword rankings on the Google Play Store 4. Experience working with app localization and global ASO strategies Skills: - Strong understanding of both Apple App Store and Google Play Store's algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices - In-depth knowledge of mobile app advertising, with expertise in running paid app campaigns and strong data analysis skills. - Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: - Experience in app advertising and marketing in Indian, European, and American markets for consumer tech, subscription apps - Exposure to digital marketing in the health, wellness and fitness industry
