Role & Responsibilities - Define Omni channel and back end strategy enabling a best in industry market interaction for Apollo Tyres - customers, dealers and market stakeholders. - Liaise with cross functional stakeholders to define and execute product and customer journeys - Define SOP's for customer facing processes, ensure execution, review and governance standards - Publish timely factual and actionable reports to various stakeholders on the market trends and voice.
