We are looking for a dynamic L&D leader to drive capability building across our FSM workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

L&D Strategy & Execution:

- Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals in FSM.

- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across technical, soft skills, and compliance areas.

- Develop annual training calendars and budgets.

Program Development & Delivery:

- Create and deliver customized training modules for housekeeping, engineering, security, and soft services teams.

- Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.

- Leverage digital learning platforms and blended learning methods.

Performance & Capability Building:

- Drive competency mapping and career development frameworks.

- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.

- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Compliance & Quality:

- Ensure adherence to statutory training requirements (e.g., EHS, POSH).

- Maintain training records and audit readiness documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Partner with operations, HRBPs, and clients to align L&D with service delivery excellence.

- Conduct regular reviews with business heads on training impact.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field. L&D certifications preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D, with strong exposure to Facility Services or related industries (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, real estate).

- Proven experience in designing and delivering training for blue-collar and supervisory staff.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
