Job Purpose:

This role is pivotal in driving business development for the Allied Health Centre, with a primary focus on securing and expanding strategic partnerships with universities and academic institutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify, engage, and onboard new academic partners while supporting academic coordination to maintain high-quality delivery of Allied Health programs in line with Apollo's standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential academic partners and emerging trends in Allied Health education.

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and influencers in universities and colleges.

- Develop and present partnership proposals aligned with organizational objectives.

- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements, ensuring timely execution of MoUs.

- Represent Apollo at academic forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility.

- Coordinate with academic partners for onboarding and compliance with Apollo's academic standards.

- Track and report progress on partnership development and academic collaboration initiatives.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

- Number of new academic partnerships established per quarter.

- Timely execution of MoUs and agreements with identified institutions.

- Revenue contribution from academic partnerships.

- Growth in geographic reach and diversity of academic partners.

- Quality and frequency of interactions with KOLs and decision-makers.

- Compliance with agreed academic standards and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in business development, academic partnerships, or healthcare education.

- Proven track record in deal closure, stakeholder engagement, and strategic negotiations.

- Strong understanding of Allied Health programs and academic frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:

- Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements in healthcare education.
