Job Purpose: The Online Content Creation and Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality online content across various platforms. This individual will coordinate with content creators, ensure content aligns with business objectives, and ensure smooth delivery to the target audience. They will also be responsible for tracking and ensuring the effectiveness and outcomes of the content delivered. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational goals, audience needs, and market trends. - Plan and coordinate content creation across multiple formats, including video, articles, blogs, webinars, and e-learning materials. - Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure content aligns with marketing, sales, and educational objectives.
