Job Description: Lead - Growth & Inside Sales

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and data-savvy professional to lead our inside sales and digital growth initiatives across all university programs. This role is designed for someone who enjoys blending sales enablement, digital marketing, and CRM strategy to drive enrolments and enhance the customer journey.
This is not a traditional sales leadership position - it's a growth role at the intersection of marketing, technology, and performance. You'll work closely with marketing, admissions, and agency partners to create seamless lead journeys from awareness to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the inside sales team handling prospective student enquiries across programs.
- Build processes to improve lead response time, nurturing, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on funnel metrics; work with the marketing and admissions teams to close gaps.
- Develop call scripts, response frameworks, and follow-up cadences to improve efficiency.
CRM & Automation:
- Own and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., Meritto).
- Design automation journeys for lead nurturing, remarketing, and student engagement.
- Work with the tech and marketing teams to ensure CRM data hygiene, integration, and reporting.
- Track performance metrics and share actionable insights with management.
Performance Marketing:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and monitor paid campaigns.
- Ensure quality lead generation through digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track campaign ROI and recommend budget allocations based on data.
- Work with creative and content teams to refine messaging and landing page performance.
Social Media & Brand Engagement:
- Coordinate with creative agencies to manage and grow brand presence across social platforms.
- Track engagement metrics, performance analytics, and sentiment.
- Align organic and paid social media efforts with overall campaign goals.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in inside sales, CRM, or performance marketing (preferably in education or services sector).
- Proven experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with fluency in CRM and digital ad platforms.
- Ability to balance short-term conversions with long-term brand and relationship goals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
