Job Title: Program Lead / Admission Manager - Allied Health Programs
Location: Hyderabad (Apollo campuses or partner university campuses)
Department: Admissions & Outreach
Reporting To: Marketing Lead, Apollo Knowledge
Role Overview:
The Program Lead / Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolments for Allied Health programs offered through partner universities in Hyderabad. This role demands strategic outreach, effective counselling, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Engagement:
- Plan and execute school outreach initiatives across Hyderabad
- Represent Apollo Healthcare Academy at education fairs, career expos, and promotional events
Student Counselling & Lead Conversion:
- Manage incoming student inquiries and provide accurate program guidance
- Conduct counselling sessions to convert leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain a robust lead tracking and follow-up system
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with education agents and ensure timely communication and updates
- Coordinate with partner university teams for smooth admission processing and onboarding
Admissions Strategy & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end admissions funnel for Allied Health programs
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Prepare periodic reports on outreach effectiveness and admission trends
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Progressive experience in student admissions, counselling, or education outreach
- Prior experience in healthcare or allied health education preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
