Job Summary: The Director of HR for the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR operations, strategy, and people management across multiple regions. This position will ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives that align with the organization's global objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enable the business to meet its strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy and Leadership: - Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the GDC. - Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. - Drive the HR agenda across global locations, ensuring alignment with corporate culture, values, and goals. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: - Oversee global talent acquisition strategies for the GDC, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business requirements. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Lead workforce planning and forecasting efforts to ensure appropriate staffing levels in alignment with project and business needs. Performance Management and Employee Development: - Lead the performance management process for employees within the GDC, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback. - Design and implement training and development programs that enhance skills, promote growth, and improve employee engagement. - Champion leadership development initiatives and succession planning for critical roles. Employee Relations and Engagement: - Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and handling employee concerns effectively. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that teams are motivated, productive, and aligned with business objectives. - Oversee the development of policies and practices that ensure employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention. Compensation and Benefits: - Lead compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive pay structures, benefits offerings, and incentive programs. - Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity. Organizational Development and Change Management: - Lead organizational design initiatives and drive effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring. - Support cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the delivery of HR services. - Implement initiatives to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion across all functions within the GDC. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global labor laws, regulations, and best practices. - Oversee HR audits and risk management efforts, ensuring that policies and practices adhere to all legal and ethical standards. Data and Analytics: - Leverage HR data and analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Use HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and refine strategies as needed to improve organizational performance. Budgeting and Cost Control: - Manage HR budgets for the GDC, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality HR services. - Track and report on HR expenditure, providing recommendations for process optimization and cost savings. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's or MBA in HR is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 13+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in managing global HR functions for a large organization with Global Delivery Centre/ Global Capability Centres . - Strong experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational development. - Proven track record of leading HR strategy for multi-regional teams and driving high employee engagement. - Experience in change management and organizational restructuring. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards across multiple geographies. Skills & Competencies: - Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions and improve outcomes. - High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. - Effective implementation of HR initiatives (training, development, leadership programs). - Positive employee relations and minimal HR-related conflicts. - Compliance with local and international HR regulations. Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel as required to support various global teams and business operations. - Experience working with global teams and managing HR functions across multiple countries/regions. - The Director will be a strategic leader who drives HR best practices, fosters a positive culture, and ensures that the GDC's HR functions operate efficiently across all global locations.
