Apollo Hospitals - Business Analyst

The role requires working with leadership team and responsible for:

- Collate, analyse, and track clinical, operational, and business metrics

- Support planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic initiatives

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews

- Liaise with unit CEOs, department heads, and support teams for updates and escalations

- Monitor the implementation of key programs and identify gaps or opportunities

- Contribute to special projects focused on growth, quality, or cost efficiency

Qualification:

- MBBS or BDS + MBA

- Strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Keen interest in hospital strategy, systems thinking, or quality improvement

- Willingness to learn and travel across multiple hospitals

- Prior exposure to hospital administration or analytics is a plus, not a must
