Job Summary:



- The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote home health care services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster patient engagement.


- This role requires a strong understanding of both general digital marketing principles and the unique landscape of healthcare marketing, including compliance with relevant regulations like HIPAA.


Key Responsibilities:



Digital Strategy Development and Execution:



- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and potentially other channels.


- Align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, such as increasing patient volume and building brand loyalty.


- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):



- Oversee SEO efforts to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize website content for relevant keywords.


- Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google and other relevant platforms to drive targeted traffic and leads.


- Utilize local SEO strategies to attract patients in specific geographic areas.


- Expertise in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs.


Content Marketing:



- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy focused on patient education, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other formats.


- Create compelling and accurate content that addresses common healthcare concerns and answers patient questions.


- Ensure content is accessible and easy to understand for diverse audiences.


Social Media Marketing:



- Manage the firm's presence on relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).


- Develop and share engaging content, including patient success stories (with consent), health tips, and information about the firm's services.


- Interact with the online community and respond to inquiries professionally and in compliance with regulations.


Analytics and Reporting:



- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, hotjar.


- Analyze key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement) to identify trends and optimize strategies.


- Advanced AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered analytics tools for deeper insights into patient behavior, campaign performance, and trends, and utilize AI for predictive analytics to forecast outcomes.


- Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to management.


Healthcare Compliance and Ethics:



- Ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA regulations, including patient privacy and data security.


- Obtain proper patient consent before using testimonials or sharing health information.


- Maintain accuracy and transparency in all marketing materials.


Collaboration:



- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, medical staff, and administration, to ensure marketing alignment.


- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.


Qualifications:



- Masters degree in marketing field from a Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 MBA College.


- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare or a similar regulated industry.


- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.


- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA, and a commitment to ethical marketing practices.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.


- Analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.


- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing platforms.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



- Experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector.


- Familiarity with specific home health care marketing strategies and ideas.


- Experience with marketing automation tools and should have explored Generative Engine optimization.
