Role Overview:

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to drive end-to-end product strategy, development, and market delivery.

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about building innovative healthcare solutions for the home care segment and making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with organisational goals and market opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions addressing real healthcare challenges.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate product-market fit.

- Manage the product lifecycle - from ideation to launch, upgrades, and retirement - ensuring consistent value delivery and exceptional patient experience.

- Maintain and prioritise product backlogs; oversee sprints and releases following agile methodologies.

- Analyse product performance metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate to maximise adoption, impact, and satisfaction.

- Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy and regulatory compliance.

- Build business cases, perform win-loss and competitive analysis to refine product strategy.

- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare (clinical, hospital, or home healthcare).

- Proven expertise in product strategy, backlog management, and agile execution.

- Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of digital health trends, patient-centric care models, and regulatory standards.

Educational Background:

- MBA (Product Management preferred) OR Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- Additional certifications in Healthcare Management / Product Management are a plus.

Desired Attributes:
