
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 68 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for product, marketing, and insurance roles, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive data-informed hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process across different verticals.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Drive talent attraction strategies, leveraging sourcing tools, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and regular updates on hiring progress.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, using data to optimize hiring processes and improve funnel efficiency.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
- Proven experience in hiring for Product, Marketing, and/or Insurance domains.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth setup.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates across different functions and seniority levels.
