Job Title: Senior Program Manager Doctor Connect Programs
Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own and scale our Doctor Connect programs end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of operations, growth, and product driving measurable value for onboarded doctors while building the performance infrastructure and processes needed to grow the program sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program delivery and value creation across Doctor Connect initiatives, with accountability for growth and performance targets.
- Design and institutionalize the performance engine define KPIs, build review cadences, and establish the processes that drive program outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to create real-time visibility into program health for leadership and on-ground teams.
- Establish structured communication channels and engagement touchpoints for onboarded doctors, ensuring visibility, adoption, and retention.
- Serve as the voice of the doctor internally channel field insights into product development, feature prioritization, and workflow optimization.
- Own doctor escalation management with defined SLAs and closed-loop resolution.
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the program root-cause analyses, funnel diagnostics, and performance deep-dives.
- Manage cross-functional coordination with internal teams (product, ops, BD, telesales) and external stakeholders (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, doctors).
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in program management, business operations, or growth roles; healthcare, healthtech, or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to own P&L-level or growth targets and deliver against them.
- Strong analytical orientation comfortable working with data to diagnose problems and drive decisions (SQL/Excel proficiency preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including senior external stakeholders.
- Experience building and leading teams.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
