Job Title: Experiential Marketing Lead Location: Hyderabad About the Role We are looking for a strategic and creative Experiential Marketing Lead to drive innovative experiential marketing programs across malls, airports, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and corporate zones. You will be responsible for designing immersive customer experiences that build trust, drive trials, and deepen emotional connections with brand offerings. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership - Own the end-to-end experiential marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives and brand positioning - Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, digital) to deliver integrated campaigns - Identify and evaluate new formats, event technologies, and activation channels Execution & Innovation Design and launch brand experiences across offline and hybrid touchpoints: - Health and wellness pop-ups in malls and corporate parks, pop-up zones in Apollo Pharmacies and hospitals - Airport sampling and branded health kiosks at community events - Drive footfall, conversions, and trials through experience-first campaigns, not just sales pitches - Integrate digital engagement for tracking and engagement Consumer Insight & Performance - Work with insights teams to profile audience segments and design experiences that solve real pain points - Continuously measure ROI via metrics like engagement rate, NPS, and conversion Vendor & Budget Management - Build and manage relationships with agencies, event vendors, and production partners - Handle budgeting, procurement, compliance, and project timelines Requirements - 8-10 years of experience in brand activation, retail marketing, or experiential marketing - Proven track record in healthcare, wellness, or new-age D2C brands - Strong grasp of consumer behaviour, storytelling, and performance measurement - Experience across ATL/BTL and digital integration - Creative thinker with sharp commercial acumen and execution rigour - Willingness to travel and manage on-ground teams
