We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial City Lead to drive the growth and operations of our diagnostic services. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding revenue opportunities, and owning the P&L for the city. Key Responsibilities: - Business Growth: Achieve city targets for revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration. - Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end diagnostic operations - including sample collection, partner coordination, reporting, and logistics. - Phlebo-led Upselling: Implement structured programs to enable phlebotomists to upsell relevant add-on tests and health packages during sample collection visits, contributing to overall revenue growth. - Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the city team, including sales executives, operations staff, and phlebotomists. - P&L Ownership: Manage the city's financial health, optimizing cost structures while scaling sustainably. - Customer Experience: Champion a superior patient experience, ensuring high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and rapid issue resolution. - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and regulatory changes to adapt local strategies. - Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to clinical and operational SOPs, healthcare norms, and internal policies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Revenue and profitability targets for the city - Customer acquisition and retention metrics - % contribution of phlebo-led upselling to total revenue - NPS (customer satisfaction) score - Operational efficiency (TAT, sample integrity, error rates)
