Job Description :

- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for API and integration products.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and developer requirements to drive product decisions.

- Work closely with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs.

- Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.

- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.

- Monitor API performance, adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless API integrations and developer experience.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.

- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Ensure API governance, documentation quality, versioning, and lifecycle management best practices.

- Support go-to-market activities, product launches, and customer enablement initiatives.

- Track product KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making to improve product outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, API Products, Platform Products, or Technical Product Management.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, microservices architecture, and system integrations.

- Experience working with software development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of API management platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS products.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business requirements and customer value.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Product management certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, Technology Platforms, Cloud Services, or Digital Product organizations is preferred.
