- 8+ of Hunting Exp in IT services in India market mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development with a focus on opening high-value client accounts within BFSI and adjacent sectors.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new deals through active engagement, cold outreach, meetings, and solution presentations.
- Represent and pitch the company's digital services, including Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Automation, and Custom Application Development, tailored for the needs of large enterprise buyers.
- Manage full-cycle sales: identifying leads, progressing opportunities, delivering technical and business value propositions, negotiating terms, and securing deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline that ensures consistent overachievement of targets.
Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in new client acquisition ("hunter" role) with Tier 1 IT services companies.
- Demonstrated expertise selling IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and data engineering/analytics solutions, especially for BFSI clients.
- Deep understanding of one or more verticals: banking, insurance, healthcare, auto, manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, procurement processes, and technology adoption trends in India's BFSI and allied sectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Operate from Mumbai, with strong network and knowledge of the local market.
- Experience in digital-first solutions is preferred (AI, cloud, automation, analytics).
- A robust network in banking, insurance, or relevant verticals will be a significant advantage
