The Role:
apexanalytix is seeking a hands-on Architect to own the technical foundation of our platform and the applications that run on it as we scale globally. This is a high-leverage technical leadership role requiring the ability to reason across the infrastructure and application boundary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architectural vision and standards for our private cloud, including Kubernetes at fleet scale, GitOps, networking, and storage.
- Set architectural standards across the product estate, including .NET and Go microservices.
- Define standards for the Cilium eBPF networking layer and Rook-Ceph storage.
- Own application performance, resilience, and distributed data tier architecture.
- Write and review production code in C#, Go, and automation tools like OpenTofu/Terraform.
- Mentor engineers across global teams, including our Noida GCC.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of infrastructure/platform engineering experience, with 4+ years of deep, hands-on Kubernetes expertise in production environments at scale.
- Strong GitOps practice (FluxCD or ArgoCD).
- Substantial CNI experience with Cilium or comparable eBPF-based networking.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/C# and Go.
- Experience with distributed and geo-replicated database architecture.
- Active experience with AI-assisted software development.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and automation skills (OpenTofu, Ansible).
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field required.
