Apex IT - Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect - Fusion Sales who can lead end-to-end solution design, provide technical and functional leadership, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and robust Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Sales (CX), strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle Fusion Sales implementations.

- Work with business teams to gather requirements, define scope, and create solution blueprints.

- Provide functional and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design and configure Fusion Sales modules including Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Territories, Sales Forecasting, Activities, etc.

- Integrate Sales Cloud with other Fusion modules (Service, Marketing, Subscription, ERP, etc.) and external systems.

- Review and guide development of extensions, workflows, integrations, and reporting.

- Conduct solution workshops, demos, and walkthroughs with customers and internal teams.

- Ensure solution alignment with Oracle best practices and industry standards.

- Support pre-sales activities such as effort estimation, solution presentations, and proposal support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Sales / CX.

- Strong in Redwood and mainly the Guided Journey mapping

- CX Sales Functional Knowledge.

- Hands-on experience in multiple full-cycle implementations of Fusion Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Sales processes, CRM concepts, and data models.

- Experience in designing and supporting integrations using OIC / REST APIs / SOAP.

- Ability to create functional design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and data flows.

- Good knowledge of related modules (Service, Subscription, Marketing, CPQ, ERP, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders.

- Oracle CX certification(s) preferred.
