Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our global reward programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in compensation planning, benefits administration, reward analytics, pay equity initiatives, and market benchmarking while partnering closely with HR teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Reward Management:

- Support the annual salary review and bonus planning cycles, including data analysis, reporting, system administration, and stakeholder communications.

- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation programs aligned with organizational objectives.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis using external survey providers such as WTW, Aon, and other relevant market data sources.

- Monitor compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations to support attraction and retention strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to provide insights into compensation and benefits trends.

- Deliver data-driven recommendations to support reward strategy and decision-making.

- Analyze workforce, compensation, and benefits data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Pay Equity & Regulatory Support:

- Support pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and related reward initiatives.

- Assist with the implementation of EU Pay Transparency requirements and associated reporting activities.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across compensation and benefits reporting processes.

Benefits Administration:

- Support benefits budgeting, annual renewals, and vendor management activities.

- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and competitiveness of employee benefit programs.

- Coordinate benefits-related data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the first point of contact for Compensation & Benefits-related queries from HR teams and business stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and support on reward policies, processes, and market practices.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of reward initiatives.

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

- Support reward-related projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration activities.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

- Contribute to ad hoc compensation, benefits, and HR analytics projects as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics roles.

- Experience within Financial Services and/or a global organization is highly preferred.

- Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles, market benchmarking, and reward analytics.

Education:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics or a related field.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modelling, data analysis, and advanced formulas.

- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data and insights effectively.

- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

- Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools is advantageous.

- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
