Job Description:
1. Planning & Execution
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its a strong presence.
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; Quarterly budget, monthly budget, scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
2. Operational:
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, realistic forecasts and also consumer preference style from time to time to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new projects and competition.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for an individual sales representative.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- To conduct market research and competitor & customer analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Only focus on the quality sale.
- Prospect clients for site visits through off-site meetings and pursuing to salesforce to visit clients personally & track them daily.
- Responsible for all client deals from booking till AoS level.
- Support Sales Admin till registration level whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with sales admin, customer care to ensure and smooth function of action in the system.
- Develop corporate relationships through direct meetings.
- Follow-up the customers from prospecting to closures and establishing a strong network.
- Ensure 100% Adherence towards Monthly Reports Dash-boards and weekly review meetings.
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Scrutiny daily report of field sales and review CRM data.
- Follow-up & collect 10 20 % booking advance within 30 days of booking.
- Ensure the sales staff are achieving their monthly targets and earning their quarterly incentives 100%.
- Follow- up with the customers non responding within 90 days of booking and collect the outstanding dues and ensure AOS is done.
3. Customer Relationship
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- To be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
4. People & Team management
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Retaining, motivate and developing team on essential and desirable needs.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Co-ordinate with training development department and ensure that identified weakness of sales staff are informed to the department and knowledge skills are improvised.
5. Processes:
- Responsible for bringing in industry best practices and monitoring & measuring the improvements
