AP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.

- Provide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and industry standards.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM developments and trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.

- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY - India).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- SAP HCM certification is a plus
