Job Description Manager, Fundraising (Specially Abled Project)

Position: Manager Fundraising.

Location: Any Metro City.

Type: Full-time Hybrid.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to lead fundraising for our projects supporting persons with disabilities (PwDs / specially abled individuals).
The Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, engaging donors, and mobilizing resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual fundraising plans for specially abled projects.

- Identify and secure funding from corporates (CSR), HNIs, foundations, and institutions.

- Build and maintain strong donor relationships through proposals, reports, and engagement.

- Partner with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities.

- Create impactful fundraising campaigns and communication materials.

- Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters in Social Work/Development Studies/Business Administration or related field.

- 5 to 8 years proven fundraising experience (Specially Abled Project preferred).

- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills.

- Ability to network with senior stakeholders and deliver results.

- Commitment to inclusion and empowerment of specially abled individuals.
