Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager with Anudip Foundation, located in Pune (Nigdi).

- The Center Manager will oversee the operations and management of the training center, ensure seamless delivery of training programs, and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

- Responsibilities include coordinating with trainers and staff, managing day-to-day center activities, ensuring effective communication, tracking student progress, and achieving placement and training targets.

- The Center Manager will also liaise with local communities and stakeholders to enhance the center's outreach and reputation.

Qualifications:

- Operational management skills, including organizing and monitoring daily center activities, ensuring policies are followed, and achieving defined targets.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and build relationships with students, trainers, and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms for training and center management, along with basic computer skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address challenges and implement solutions in a time-sensitive manner.

- Fluency in English and local languages for effective communication with diverse groups of students and communities.

- Experience in the training and skill development sector and knowledge of NGO operations is beneficial.

- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications in management or training considered an advantage
