Antra - Work Force Manager/Bench Sales Lead - India Staffing

Roles and Responsibilities :

A) Connect with Account Managers, Trainers, Recruiters to plan for placements of bench resources

B) Manage end to end Bench Operations smoothly

C) Connect with clients to market CVs of available bench resources effectively and within a time frame

D) Plan with the training team to schedule calendar of training programs for the year

E) Work with the recruiters to source and recruit talent required for training programs

F) Plan for Business Development, Marketing and Branding activities

G) Follow up with the consultants, clients for collection of Time Sheets, Billing, Collections etc.,

H) Manage and inspire the team to excel and perform

Desired Candidate Profile :

A) Experience of working in a IT Staffing environment

B) Extensive experience of managing Bench Sales Operations

C) Must have had 5+ years experience in the role

D) Must have connects with Campuses, training institutes, and institutions to procure desired candidates

E) Must have excellent operations management experience
