Vice President - Sales Roles & Responsibilities: - Must have managed overall sales business of annual turnover of INR 100-200 Crore - Must have strong connects with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers - Spearheading team of 4-6 Zonal Mangers, 10-20 Middle level team, 40-80 Front line sales team - Formulate strategies & execute them to achieve Top line & Bottom line targets - Supervising the monthly & annual sales - Ensure more demand generation to ensure sales - Work closely with internal stake holders for execution of business plan (Marketing/Supply Chain/R&D/Finance/Production/HR) - Conduct market study to analyze the latest market trends & track competitor activities as well as provide valuable inputs - Monitor the implementation of 'best-in-class' systems & processes through management reports, MIS & feedback for marketing activities - Train & motivate sales team sales team towards organization objectives through healthy sales practices - Identify, on-board and manage business alliances with channel partners for outlet expansion and territory growth - Recruit/retain & train the team to ensure high efficiency, create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team Desired Candidate Profile: - 18-20+ years of experience in paints/allied industry - Must be a strong influencer and have had hard-core sales experience - Should have managed large Sales team - Strong dealing experience with Leadership Team, Purchase, R & D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, F&A, HR
