Roles & Responsibilities 1. Employee Relations: A) Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. B) Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a fair and effective manner. C) Conduct investigations into workplace complaints as necessary. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: A) Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. B) Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions. C) Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees. 3. Performance Management: A) Monitors performance monthly/quarterly B) Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes. C) Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals. D) Manage employee performance improvement plans when needed. 4. Training and Development: A) Identify training needs and coordinate training programs with L&D Department. B) Support the development of employee skills and competencies. C) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. 5. HR Policies and Compliance: A) Plays a vital role in ensuring employees complies all internal polices like leave, attendance etc.., B) Be a part of policy making and review the policy timely. C) Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. D) Keep abreast of HR trends and changes in employment laws. 6. Employee Benefits and Compensation: A) Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. B) Assist in the annual compensation review process. C) Provide guidance on salary negotiations and compensation-related matters. 7. HR Reporting and Data Analysis: A) Generate HR reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. B) Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Preferred candidate profile : 1) A minimum of 15+ Years of experience in Human Resources. 2) Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR certification is a plus. 3) Must have Global HR experience. 4) Proven experience in Human resources, with a focus on employee relations, payroll management, Statutory Compliance, Onboarding, Off-boarding, Grievance handling, strong exposure towards labor laws and HR generalist responsibilities. 5) Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 8) Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. 9) Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 10) Experience in a business or industry similar to the organization's operations. 11) Familiarity with HR software and tools for performance management and data analysis.
