Head Marketing - IT Services The Head of Marketing is a key hire and will be part of the leadership team in India. A) Experience in demand generation, lead management, marketing and marketing analytics. B) Experience of Account Based Marketing C) Experience of building Analyst relations and webinars, seminars, event marketing etc., D) Drive Demand Gen and enable campaign performance tracking, channel performance, and monthly/quarterly/yearly overall marketing performance to meet business objectives E) Experience in campaign creation, content development, event and creative strategy, and enable campaigns through a team of committed resources. F) Oversee the execution of creative process including but not limited to the production of videos, web pages, e Books, white papers, info graphics and email templates. G) Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders H) Develop standard work to ensure success of global events across pre-event promotion, execution, and follow-up. I) Partner with Inside Sales Leads to execute the strategy and deliver high-quality MQLs that converts to early-stage pipeline (inside sales qualified and sales accepted) to meet the marketing source pipeline objectives. J) Manage Marketing Technology platforms along with the Inside Sales(CVent, Demandbase, Drift, On24, Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.) to ensure automated lead flow and intelligence, and prompt execution across platforms. K) Manage team to build, test, and executing email campaigns to support campaigns, events, and nurture programs and Outreach sequences to support Inside Sales team. Desired Profile: A) 18+ years of a successful track record in a global senior marketing role within a matrix environment B) Experience hiring and managing teams that range in size from 5 - 25 C) Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills D) Ability to deal with ambiguity, taking high-level requirements and independently getting to the required level of granularity E) Excellent written, verbal, and in person presentation skills F) Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills G) Experience working with a global team that requires flexibility and occasional availability outside of core working hours to accommodate US time zone
