About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Specialist to drive our go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution.

This role requires a professional with proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or manufacturing, who can translate complex technical solutions into impactful, customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies.

- Create and deliver compelling value propositions, product positioning, and messaging.

- Conduct competitive analysis, customer insights, and market research to inform strategies.

- Collaborate with sales, product management, and content teams for aligned execution.

- Support demand generation programs and track campaign performance metrics.

- Manage product lifecycle marketing, including updates, enhancements, and new releases.

- Deliver impactful marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

- Train and enable the sales team with tools, messaging, and competitive positioning.

- Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

- Successful and timely execution of product launches.

- Increased market awareness and brand visibility for targeted products.

- Growth in lead generation and conversion through campaigns.

- Enhanced sales enablement and alignment with sales targets.

- Effective positioning against competitors in the market.

- Measurable improvements in customer engagement and campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.

Skillset Required

- Strong B2B product marketing experience (preferably in tech/manufacturing).

- Proven expertise in product lifecycle marketing and GTM execution.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to create impactful marketing content and messaging.

- Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
