Antier - Manager - Performance Marketing

Role Objective:

Drive aggressive growth in high-intent signups, product trials, and enterprise-qualified leads for Instanodes through data-driven paid acquisition. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search, social, and retargeting channels while ensuring strong ROI, lead quality, and measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.

This is a hands-on execution role requiring deep expertise in B2B SaaS and technical product marketing, where the candidate will directly manage budgets, targeting, attribution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Acquisition Ownership

- Own and scale all paid acquisition channels end-to-end, including:

- Google Search campaigns (high-intent capture)

- LinkedIn Ads (B2B enterprise targeting)

- Retargeting and display campaigns

- YouTube/video performance campaigns

- Continuously optimize campaigns for conversion quality, not just traffic volume.

2. Keyword & Intent Strategy

- Build and maintain a high-intent keyword strategy around:

- RPC / node / infrastructure purchase intent

- Web3 infrastructure queries

- Competitor and alternative keywords

- Identify long-tail technical search opportunities.

- Align campaigns with developer, startup, and enterprise buyer personas.

3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

- Collaborate with growth engineering and product marketing teams to:

- Create and iterate high-converting landing pages

- Improve trial and demo conversion rates

- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, CTAs, and page structures.

4. Funnel Measurement & Attribution

Own full-funnel performance tracking, including:

- Lead quality

- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

- SQL contribution

- Revenue attribution

- Ensure proper integration and tracking between advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM.

5. Budget & Bidding Optimization

- Manage channel budgets and forecasting

- Optimize bidding strategies and CPA targets

- Improve ROI and efficiency across campaigns

- Identify scaling opportunities without compromising lead quality

6. Creative & Campaign Execution

- Coordinate creative production for paid campaigns

- Define messaging and ad variations

- Continuously iterate on ad creatives, formats, and hooks

7. Experimentation & Growth Initiatives

Run structured experiments across offers such as:

- Free trials

- Pilot programs

- Migration assessments

- Enterprise demos

- Evaluate performance and scale successful experiments.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Experience marketing complex or technical products

Strong analytical and tracking experience, including:

- GA4

- Google Tag Manager

- CRM integrations and attribution tracking

Success KPIs:

- Cost per activated signup

- Cost per SQL

- Conversion rate from paid traffic

- Paid-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution
