We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales of our IT(Web3) training and certification programs to different colleges and enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT training and certification programs to colleges & enterprise organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within colleges & enterprise organizations. - Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our IT training and certification programs. - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and successful customer onboarding. - Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics. - Attend industry & college conferences and events to network with potential customers and build awareness of our offerings. - Collaborate with our training and certification teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and our program offerings. - Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in selling IT training and certification programs to colleges & enterprise companies. - Strong knowledge of the IT training and certification market, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed
