
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our partnerships and reseller initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing companies or individuals who can resell our services to their clients or acquaintances. This role is highly entrepreneurial and requires a strong mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners, agencies, and businesses that can act as resellers for our services.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (4-8 years) in Business Development, Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Reseller Development.
- Strong network within industries like fintech, IT services, consulting, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnership pipelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with revenue accountability.
- Knowledge of Web 3 products would be an added advantage.
