About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HRBP Lead to lead HR Business Partnering across multiple locations. The role partners with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement and performance while leading a team of Junior HRBPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
- Lead and mentor Junior HRBPs across multiple locations.
- Drive Performance Management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Lead organization design, restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards, analytics and governance.
- Support workforce planning and productivity improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed Premium B School
- 5-8 years of HR experience

- Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail or Services background preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, HR analytics and change management skills
