Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to work directly with the transformation office and drive strategic business transformation initiatives. The incumbent will act as the central anchor for program management, ensuring seamless coordination, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives across multiple entities and stakeholders within Antara and the Max Group ecosystem. This is a high-impact role requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, and analytical rigor. Key Responsibilities: - Program Management Office (PMO) Ownership: Take complete end-to-end ownership of PMO activities. - New Projects & Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and track new projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership across multiple entities, driving alignment and proactive follow-ups on key deliverables. - Business Transformation: Support the MD's office in business transformation initiatives, identifying roadblocks, streamlining processes, and ensuring execution excellence. - Tracking & Reporting: Consolidate project updates, prepare management dashboards, highlight risks, and present progress reports the leadership team. - Coordination & Follow-ups: Ensure timely cross-functional coordination across different verticals and stakeholders, driving accountability and ownership. - Strategic Support: Assist in high-level reviews, strategic decision-making, and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for leadership forums. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: Full-time MBA from a premium institute (Tier-1 or Tier-2). - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in PMO, program management, or business transformation role in a reputed organization. - Strong exposure to stakeholder management at senior leadership levels. - Highly aggressive, execution-focused, and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. - Excellent skills in analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and report preparation (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS dashboards). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accountability.
