Role Overview


We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing | Ecommerce Manager with a strong focus on Amazon advertising and marketplace optimization. You will play a pivotal role in scaling Ageasy's presence on Amazon by managing ad strategy, improving listings, driving conversion, and maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, performance marketing expertise, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Ads Console, and a good understanding of the D2C customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD) for Ageasy's product portfolio.

- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ACoS targets to ensure profitability and growth.

- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, optimize keywords, placements, and creatives.

- Regularly test and implement new ad types, targeting methods, and strategies to improve visibility and sales.

- Coordinate with design/content team to create compelling ad creatives and A+ content.

Ecommerce Marketplace Management:

- Own Ageasy's Amazon storefront, listings, and product detail pages.

- Optimize listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve organic ranking.

- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatches.

- Monitor and improve product ratings, reviews, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across advertising, sales, and profitability.

- Track KPIs including CTR, CVR, TACoS, ACOS, organic vs. paid sales mix, Buy Box percentage, etc.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and price analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, design, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Partner with product and R&D teams to gather feedback from Amazon data and reviews to improve product offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in ecommerce, specifically managing Amazon Ads and Seller Central.

- Proven success managing advertising budgets and improving campaign ROAS.

- Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, Amazon Advertising Console, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10, DataHawk, etc.)

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Understanding of D2C customer lifecycle, preferably in health, wellness, or senior care categories.

- Experience in content optimization and understanding Amazon SEO.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience working in a D2C startup or brand.

- Experience with other marketplaces like Flipkart, 1mg, or senior-focused platforms is a plus.

- Understanding of Amazon Prime, FBA/FBM models, and Amazon Vine/Brand Registry.
