- Support business leaders with talent reviews, promotions, and succession planning discussions.

- Ensure timely implementation of performance improvement plans where needed.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Manage the onboarding and induction experience for new employees to ensure smooth assimilation.

- Handle all aspects of the exit process, including conducting detailed exit interviews and sharing actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage employee transfers, promotions, and incentive payout processes.

4. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations:

- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, grievances, or conflicts.

- Ensure fair and consistent resolution of issues in line with company policies and values.

- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication across teams.

5. Strategic HR Operations & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.

- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely roll-out of HR processes and initiatives.

- Contribute to the refinement of HR processes based on evolving business needs and employee feedback.

6. Mobility & Regional Support:

- Travel to Antara centers within Bangalore once or twice a month as needed to stay connected with frontline teams.

- Support the Chennai office through periodic visits and remote engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3-9 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HRBP responsibilities in mid-sized or fast-paced organizations.

Education:
